We are currently working with a globally recognized brand that has an extensive retail presence across Canada and beyond. Their head office is in Toronto, and they’re launching a brand-new, high-impact leadership role: Head of Retail – Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of retail operations for a thriving brand. As Head of Retail, you’ll lead and support district managers nationwide, oversee high-level operations, and play a key role in:

✅ Driving profitability and optimizing store performance
✅ Identifying and assessing new store locations & lease negotiations
✅ Analyzing sales data and market trends to expand into new regions
✅ Building and inspiring a high-performing retail team

This role requires someone with a strong background in retail leadership, a passion for strategy and operations, and the ability to influence and communicate at all levels. It also involves travel across Canada, ensuring a hands-on approach to success.
